Encountered programming at the age of 7 and he discovered the joys of the computer world. He is the type of person who will thoroughly immerse himself in anything that piques his curiosity. He has a wide range of experience as an engineer, architect, consultant, project manager, pre-sales engineer, etc. in a wide range of fields including software, networks, infrastructure, and security. In addition to IT, he is involved in a wide range of fields, including the establishment and operation of a local exchange cafe, the translation of academic books, training the next generation of managers, consulting on new businesses, and acting as an IT consultant for individuals and corporations. In addition to his work in Japan, he has international friendships through his experience studying abroad, staying abroad for long periods of time, and working for foreign-affiliated companies.

After researching quadruped robots using reinforcement learning during his university days, he became interested in reinforcement learning and deep learning, and entered the world of neural networks. He developed embedded software for mobile phones, car navigation systems, home gateways, etc. in the software business of a general electronics manufacturer. After that, he gained experience in product support and in-house system development for in-house software developed by a foreign software vendor, as well as development and construction at a domestic IT company. In 2019, he founded Q3 with Hayashi.

He has experience in field engineering and project management at software houses and information security companies. He also has extensive experience in education and training. He is good at analyzing issues systematically and from a broad perspective. Joined Q3 in 2021.

Born in the Japanese settlement of San Juan, Bolivia, South America, as the grandson of postwar settlers. After working as an accountant and tax accountant in Bolivia, she made the decision to move to Japan, her roots. While studying osteopathy and oriental medicine, she gained experience as an IT engineer. Joined Q3 in 2024.
